In this book by the young Polish designer Jan Bajtlik, typography comes face to face with design and imagination. If a crocodile loses its teeth, all you have to do is use the M or W to get them back, or just use an S to find your way after getting lost in a maze. A book to look at (and write) letters like you have never seen before, so much so that the next time you go to the mountains, you will see that chairlift doesn’t rest on pylons but on many As…

Jan Bajtlik (1989) graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts and is currently studying for a doctorate in graphic design. A member of the Polish Association of Applied Graphic Designers, he has illustrated for Time Magazine, the New York Time and Gazeta Wyborcza. He has already won numerous awards, including the recent Bologna Ragazzi Award, for the original version of Tipofollie.
